About Louise Booth

Louise and her family have vacationed on Lake Glenville since 1995, and dreamed of owning a home in the Highlands-Cashiers area.  For twenty years, she had a fulfilling career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the Volusia County, Florida public school system.  Louise obtained her real estate license in Florida in 2007, and also sold real estate in the Port Orange market.   

In 2010, Louise and her husband fulfilled their dream of mountain living and bought a home in Glenville. She is thrilled to be a part of the Berkshire Hathaway team and help others find their happy place in the mountain. 

In 2022, Louise received the Chairman's Circle Gold Award for her sales among the top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway sales agents in the United States.  Louise has earned her certification as a Luxury Collection Specialist as well as a New Home Specialist. She strives to provide excellent service and value to her customers.
